Occupo Gloria is not mass-produced.
Each piece is released in limited numbers and sent out from a small independent studio located within the West Midlands, England.
This means when something arrives with you, it matters. If something isn’t right, we will always treat you with respect.
Under UK selling regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send it back.
We simply ask that:
• The garment is unworn and unwashed
• All original tags remain attached
• It is returned in its original protective packaging
• It is free from scent, marks, lint, or alteration
Every piece is inspected personally upon return. These garments are limited and often cannot be restocked once compromised.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked delivery, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
