Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders of garments within 2 working days from the date of order to be dispatched. Some items such as the phone cases are currently on a made to order basis with an aim to dispatch of these within 7-10 working days. Customers are notified by this in the item's description. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

On very rare occasions your order may be delayed due to high volumes of orders to fulfill or postal issue outside of our control. If this happens we will do our best to contact and update you on your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping in the UK for orders over £70.00.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to a range of countries within Europe and around the world. Please check if we ship to you through the checkout process or contact us at support@occupogloria.com

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated date of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oliver.gilbert@occupogloria.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
